New Solar Pack Territory:
New Solar Pack Camp:
Alphas Den: A small, dark cave formed out of rock with moss growing inside along the cave walls.
Warrior's Den: A large yew bush with plenty of space underneath it for sleeping and is very well protective against rain. Yew berries are often removed from the bush immediately in case pups or foolish apprentices attempt to eat them. (Beta sleeps here as well, but in the center of the wolves for more warmth and protection against weather.)
Pup Den: A deep tunnel dug into the earth that widens at the end and curves upward to prevent rain from soaking any pups or queens.
Apprentice Den: A small tree stump with a bush growing beside it. Provides some shelter from rain, but is still open to gusts of wind.
Fresh-kill pile: A hardened patch of ground by the Warriors Den where prey is put after a hunt. If prey is scarce, some prey will be buried by the fresh-kill pile to be preserved.
Alphas Stone: A low but large rock beside the Alphas Den. This is where the Alphas stand when they have meetings or announcements to with/to the pack.
New Solar Pack Training Grounds:
(Leading from the New Solar Pack Camp to the New Solar Pack Training Grounds is a small scetion of forest. Shrubs, leaves, and rocks dot the forest floor. Up above, there are several large and small trees, including Oak, Pine, and Redwood. Birds and squirrels can be easily spotted in the trees at all times.)
Training Grounds: A large sandy area where smaller circular patches of the earth appear every few fox-lengths on the ground. This part of the territory is used for training apprentices and older pups. A few trees surround the Training Grounds and the occasional small bush can be seen at the edges of the ground that has less sand and more soil.
New Solar Pack Hunting Grounds:
A large forest that is thick with trees and a huge variety of weeds and plants. Seeds litter the floor, and you can often find birds flocking to the ground to collect them. Mice are also often seen scurrying around on the forest floor, picking up what's left of the seeds and feasting. In the deeper part of the forest, near the center, the trees begin to thin out until you reach a massive clearing, which resembles more of a plain.
Hunting Ground Elk Territory: This is where small herds of Elk prefer to stay and feed on the thick grass and shrubs. It is very wide and cleared out, which gives the Elk plenty of space to roam, feed, and, if need be, escape from predators.
New Solar Pack Hunting Grounds: After going through the Elk Territory, the trees begin to reappear and the small streams begin to cross all throughout the forest. These streams eventually meet up at the edge of the forest and form a decently sized river.
New Solar Pack Borders:
New Solar Pack Hunting Grounds Border: An average sized river signals the end of the Hunting Ground Forest and the end of the New Solar Pack Territory. This river has a few small fish and is a very popular spot for frogs and toads to gather.
New Solar Pack Training Grounds Border: After crossing the Training Grounds, a thin forest sprouts up abruptly. A fallen tree marks the very beginning of rouge and lone wolf territory and the end of the New Solar Pack Territory.
New Solar Pack Dried Pond Border: If you walk towards the Training Grounds and then turn left instead of going straight, you'll find the pond. After walking through the small forest on the way to the Training Grounds instead of just going to the Training Grounds, you'll find an old, dried up pond. The pond still has some moisture in the bottom of it, and a green tint of moss grows on the top. Some small frogs like to cool down here if it's a particularly hot day. This pond signals that the New Solar Pack Territory has ended.
New Solar Pack Badger Set Border: If you walk towards the Hunting Grounds and then turn left instead of going straight, you'll find the badger set. After walking through a much thinner section of forest that veers away from the Hunting Grounds, you'll find an old badger set. The set is very large and seems to have been abandoned for years. This set contains some small blades of grass growing where the sun is able to shine in the set. This large, old set signals the end of the New Solar Pack Territory.
